Your Information.

Data relating to you will be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.  Data is collected for the specified, explicit and legitimate purposes of administering your membership.  This personal data will be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary.  It will be accurate and kept up to date.  Data is held in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary.  Your information will be kept as long as you are a member of the Friends of Beamish and removed as soon as possible if you end your membership, subject to necessary, legal requirements.  Your data will be processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.  We only hold personal information for the purposes of servicing your membership as a member of the Friends of Beamish. 

Sharing Information.

We will only share your data with third party companies for the purposes of issuing your quarterly magazine, annual report, membership renewal and collecting membership payments.  We will not pass your personal information to third parties for any marketing purposes.

You can contact us at the Friends’ Office to see what information we hold relating to you.

You can ask us to remove all information held about you, at any time, by contacting us at the Friends’ Office, subject to legal restrictions.
